The college experienced substantial changes during its more than fifty-year history. At the beginning only production managers with mechanical engineerig specialisation were trained and nowadays - in the frame of undergraduate degree (BSc) program - materials engineers, mechanical engineers, automotive engineers, I.T. engineers, technical managers and vocational technical instructors are trained. In addition, following the German model, fulfilling a pioneering role, the faculty – cooperating with companies -, launched the dual education system in 2012. In higher level vocational training our faculty provides two types of information technology trainings.
