History

Princess Sumaya University for Technology– PSUT in Amman, Jordan is a private, not-for-profit University; established in 1991.  Part of El Hassan Science City - Amman, Jordan which also includes The Royal Scientific Society; the foremost, applied research center in Jordan.  


Mission

Princess Sumaya University for Technology's mission is to graduate distinguished and qualified students to serve the market and enrich it in the leading technological fields of ICT, Electronics, Business, and Communications. Our graduates will be capable of competing academically and professionally in the national and international job markets, actively participating in building the ICT sectors in Jordan. In accordance with official policy, PSUT focuses on promoting solid research in the leading technological fields, and building a research platform for Jordanian industry.

Joint-degree Masters in MIS with Hasselt University, Belgium. Joint-degree Masters in European Studies with HHU Düsseldorf, Germany.

Micro-campus and joint graduate programs with the University of Arizona-Tucson, USA

Dual degree/Joint programs with Indiana, Bloomington; Oakland, Michigan – Dearborn and also with Colorado State University.

Over 40 EU projects in 15 EU states with PSUT as the lead grand holder in 5 projects.

Over 30 International collaborations with schools and organizations in 15 countries in Europe, North America and Asia.
