PSUT’s King Hussein School of Computing Sciences was established during the academic year of 2005/2006 as part of the University’s comprehensive plan to develop and improve its Schools and facilities. The School consists of four academic departments: - the Department of Computer Science, which was established in 1991, the Department of Computer Graphics and Animation, established in 2006, the Department of Software Engineering, established in 2010, and the Department of Data Science, established in 2020.

The school hosts 5 BSc programs:

Computer Science – ABET Accredited since 2012

Computer Graphics & Animation – 1st in Jordan

Software Engineering

Data Science & AI – 1st in Jordan

Cybersecurity – 1st in Jordan

The King Abdullah II School of Engineering at Princess Sumaya University for Technology (PSUT) is among the finest engineering schools in Jordan. The school proudly claims association with many of the captains of Jordanian industry among its alumni.  The school has 3 program offering departments - Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering and Communications Engineering as well the Department of Basic Sciences which offers university service courses in basic sciences.

The school hosts 5 BSc programs:

Electronics Engineering – ABET Accredited since 2013

Computer Engineering – ABET Accredited since 2011

Communications Engineering – ABET Accredited since 2011

Electrical Power & Energy Engineering – ABET Accredited since 2017 - 1st in Jordan

Networks & Information Security Engineering  – 1st in Jordan

In response to a decree by HRH Princess Sumaya bint El Hassan, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees, KTSBT was established in 2006 to offer non-traditional, specialized programs that focus on the requirements of modern technology in all fields. KTSBT’s programs are in line with international, academic, industrial and economic criteria, which make them comparable to those of the most reputable business schools in the world. Thus, KTSBT works hard to develop academic and administrative leaders who are prominent in business schools in Jordan and the region. The School seeks to achieve its mission by graduating highly qualified students in the field of business technology who are capable of competing, acquiring skills and meeting the requirements of the job market.
