Sukkur IBA University

Sukkur IBA University offers undergraduate degree programs in business administration, computer science, electrical engineering, renewable energy engineering, education, mathematics and sport & life sciences. All programs in the university are accredited from relevant bodies, the business programs have 'W' category from National Business Accreditation Council whereas Computer Science programs are having 'W' category from National Computing Education Accreditation Council. 

The university is well track to earn international accreditation, to this end, University is pursuing AACSB accreditation for its business programs. Business school of the university has already cleared pre-eligibility of AACSB accreditation, and presently working on iSER report under the supervision of mentor assigned by AACSB management. 

Business school is also actively pursuing AMDISA accreditation, the submission of AMDISA self assessment report is due by Fall 2019, after which the visit of accreditation panel is expected. Along with AMDISA and AACSB, the business school is also planning to go for EQUIS-EFMD accreditation. All these international accreditation are for earning international repute and improve & adopt international best practices in imparting quality business education. 

Our computer science and engineering programs are targeting ABET accreditation. Presently, university is providing it faculty with different capacity building opportunities for ABET accreditation. The department of computer science and electrical engineering are expected to submit ABET readiness report by the end of 2019. The university aspires to earn ABET accreditation by 2021.
