University West, situated in Trollhättan, Sweden offers a number of degree programs to students. The university boasts about 15,000 students and 625 employees.

But one huge thing the University West also offers is the Production Technology Center – one of Sweden’s newest and largest labs. The research center focuses on welding, thermal spray, additive manufacturing, machining and robotics.

Entry requirements for programs differ depending on the program.
All international students applying for a program taught in English at University West need to pass an English language proficiency test. The minimum requirements are:
•Academic IELTS: 6.5 (no module below 5.5)
•TOEFL iBT- paper based: 575 (at least 4.5 in written test)
•TOEFL iBT- Internet based: 90 (at least 20 in written test)
