The Mechanical Engineering study program has historically always provided a solid scientific and technical training, which allows graduates to actively contribute to the industrial and technological development of our society with a remarkable ability to adapt to different working contexts, also acting as a springboard for future managers with extensive technical and organizational professional skills.
Industrial and Civil Engineering and Architecture program teaches how to design, implement, manage, survey, monitor and maintain buildings in the broadest sense: from civil and industrial buildings to major works, and infrastructure; it also completes the quali cation with expertise on security and civil protection. The overall structure of the Civil Engineering degree program is strongly rooted in tradition, thus maintaining the Civil Engineer’s professional figure in keeping with its recognizable demand on the job market. At the same time, the detailed structure of the study program, the specific contents of the modules and the innovations introduced make the curriculum very cutting edge and innovative.
The Information Tchnologies and Programming in Industry (Computer Engineering) program provides students with basic engineering notions and an in-depth knowledge of the main characteristics of information processing systems, both in hardware and software components. In particular, computer skills cover the fundamental principles of the architecture of computers and processing systems, problems relating to the design and integration of hardware and software systems, with in-depth knowledge of operating systems, programming languages, techniques and software engineering methods, principles and technologies for modeling, designing and managing databases.
