Тechnical University of Kosice (ТUKЕ) is an internationally recognized research and educational institution providing education and smart solutions into various life areas. Considering its status and results it belongs among the strongest universities in Slovakia.

TUKE has  225-year tradition, 3 campuses in 2 county towns, area of 43 ha (60 football pitches), more than 90 300 alumni, more than 9 100 students and almost 4 500 spots at the student dormitories.

TUKE faculties offer more then 530 accredited study programmes in bachelor, master and doctoral study cycle both in internal and external form of studies. The teaching is performed in forms of lectures, workshops, seminars, laboratory work, projects, practical exercises, consultations in progressive research labs. There is a close connection to the requirements of industry and commerce. Almost 100 % success of fresh graduates in the job market. Students may seek assistance services of the TUKE Access Centre and wide range of extra study, cultural and sports activities.

International mobility and traineeships at partner institutions all over the world are carried out through Erasmus+ programme that enables teachers, staff and students to attend a teaching, training or study exchanges at a wide range of partner institutions worldwide.

TUKE has also signed over 110 partnerships with higher education institutions in more than 30 countries.

Assistance for young innovators is provided by the University Science Park TECHNICOM over the TUKE Startup Centre and the TUKE Incubator. The main aim of the TUKE Startup Centre is to create a motivational climate that will help students with the development of their innovative ideas and potential.
