Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics

Kharkivis not only the first capital of Ukraine, but also the student capital. Amongmore than 20 universitiesofour city Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics (NURE) is one of theoldest technology universities in Ukraine, founded in 1930. 

NUREhas strong research and education capabilities in electrical engineering,electronics, telecommunications and computer technologies. 

NUREpioneered the development of distance education in Ukraine. It has a greatexpertise in introduction of innovative technologies into education andbusiness. The University aims to integrate into the international, particularlyEuropean, scientific and educational space.

TheUniversity has 8 faculties, 33 full-time departments, and The Center for ForeignStudents, Institute for Advanced Studies and NURE IT Academy, InternationalAcademy of Applied Radio Electronics. 

TheUniversity actively implements academic mobility programs, internships abroadfor students, postgraduates, scientific and faculty staff.

About100 Doctors of Sciences, Professors, 350 Candidates of Sciences, Associate Professorswork at the University. There are doctoral studies, postgraduate study in 17specialties, 8 special councils for defending dissertations. Six periodicscientific journals are published at NURE. The developed high-tech library andinformation system, containing more than 1.5 million paper copies, has accessto the most famous electronic information bases of the world information space.

Ourbeautiful campus consists of 10 educational buildings and 8 studentdormitories.

TheUniversity provides a wide range of programs in technical specialties - frommicroelectronics and nanotechnology to artificial intelligence and mediasystems, from radio and biomedical engineering to computer science. We maintainthe balance of research and education and encourage open thinking, we adhere tothe principles of tolerance and multiculturalism.
