Copenhagen Business School has around 15,000 students and an annual intake of around 1,000 exchange students. With this number of students as well as around 400 full-time researchers and around 500 administrative employees, CBS is one of the three largest business schools in Northern Europe.

Studying at CBS

You can choose the academic environment that suits you!At CBS, the academic specialisation is part of the degree programme from day one. In three years, you will be part of an academic environment, which dedicated researchers, teachers and students have developed. Every environment has its own special business aim and its own way of integrating the different subjects.
Teaching based on research, co-operation and active participationThe teaching at CBS is research-based, which means that you will meet many researchers when they are teaching, but also that you will learn how to use the research methods in your work.
Theory and practiceCBS is a university, and the teaching communicates a theoretically based understanding of the world.

Copenhagen has a huge range of master’s programs available, both in finance and management. These include:

  • Applied economics and Finance
  • Finance and investments
  • Finance and strategic management
  • International marketing and management
  • Supply chain management

All of the programs listed, as well as the others provided, give a solid foundation into the business and management sector. The school has subsequently been ranked in the 2018 edition of the QS Business Master’s Ranking.

The applied economics and finance master’s program gives students the opportunity to gain a double degree with Belk College of Business, UNC Charlotte. Various programs also have the opportunity to apply for the CEMs master’s in international management – it is a joint degree delivered by 30 of the best business schools in the world. Most of the programs are two years in length, and split over four semesters.
