Technische Universität Chemnitz

Chemnitz University of Technology offers up to 40 different bachelor programs. Topics from computer science are covered as well as electrical engineering, mechanics, mathematics and economics. In addition, a variety of interdisciplinary bachelor programs is offered, e.g. biomedical technique. These bachelor programs are designed as 6 semester programs including thesis and internships. Industrial cooperation partners of Chemnitz University of Technology provide real world applications for students. Students can work in plants and get topics for thesis and internship from our industrial partners. The bachelor programs are taught in German language. Theoretical knowledge, practical exercises and domain specific applications are presented within the programs.

Our students find well-equipped teaching halls, small group tutorials with exercises and outstanding labs. E-learning based on our central teaching platform support all learning process very well. Application for bachelor programs opens in summer for the next winter period. Student accommodation can be found near the university and town center offers social and cultural activities.
