Abai University offers 134 bachelor's degree programs across eight faculties. Students can also choose from several joint double degree programs with leading universities.
List of required admissions documents at Abai University include:
•Notarized (Kazakh notary) copy of passport with translation into Kazakh or Russian languages (with two years validity from date of entry into the Republic of Kazakhstan)
•The Original certificate/diploma of completion of secondary school/college/university
•Notarized and apostilled translation of the certificate of completion of study
•Valid certificates of proficiency in Kazakh or Russian languages
•Applicants who do not have certificates/certificates of proficiency in Kazakh or Russian languages are required to study language courses at the Department of philological specialties for foreign citizens at Abai KazNPU
•Medical certificate form 086-U
•6 photos 3×4 (color, no more than six months)
•Interview
•Conclusion of a contract for the provision of educational services
•50 percent of total tuition to the university account.
•Payment of visa fee
•Completed visa application form
Tuition fees for international students at Abai University in the 2020/2021 academic year is following:
•Bachelor degree for international students – 670,000 KZT;
•Bachelor degree for CIS – 635 000 KZT
The following special funding is available at undergraduate level:
•Socially vulnerable students receive a 10-50 percent discount
•Orphans are provided with free education, free food, financial assistance
•Students with special needs receive free medical care
•Socially vulnerable students get free accommodation
