More than 13 000 students study within the walls of KSTU complex.The range of academic programs within its walls is extensive- from shipbuilding and commercial fishery to aquaculture and food biotechnologies.There are also PhDs, Doctors of Science as well as professional development programs. Highly qualified and skilled university graduates (specialists, bachelors and masters) are introduced to the labour market every year. KSTU has been admitting foreign students for over 50 years. More than 1500 graduates are overseas students from Africa, Europe, Latin America and Middle East.Training at the University is conducted in Russian, so every foreign student takes a one-year preparatory course mastering Russian language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
