The Universidad Nacional de Colombia offers graduate programs based on the generation of knowledge and its use to solve fundamental problems of Colombian society. The University offers 344 graduate programs, including 65 doctorates, 163 master’s degrees, 76 specialization and 40 health specialties, though this figure is updated permanently. It also has more than 10.000 graduate students, more than 3.000 professors, in addition to 573 research groups and 1.076 registered research professors, which make this University the largest research and higher education institution in Colombia.
