47 educational programs of master degree and 4 programs of PhD are realized in S. Toraighyrov PSU.Training in a master degree and PhD studies is conducted on modular educational programs, in the maintenance of an educational program of discipline are united in modules and each module forms necessary competences according to the Dublin descriptors on education levels. In educational process of 5 specialties of a master degree: 6M060200 - Informatics, 6M072100 - Chemical technologies of organic substances, 6M072000 - Chemical technologies of inorganic substances, 6M060400 - Physics, 6M071800 – Electrical power engineering, 6M090200 – Tourism poly-lingual education is introduced. Training is conducted in three languages: Kazakh, Russian, English. The educational program by two-degree formation of specialty of a master degree "6M060400 - Physics" with Tomsk state university and 6M050300 Psychology with the Baltic institute of psychology and management (Latvia) is realized.The joint educational program of the specialties 6M060700 Biology, 6M060800 Ecology, 6M090200 Tourism with the Altai state university (the Russian Federation, Barnaul) is conducted.
