Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi (RMUTT)

Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi (RMUTT), a leading technological university in Thailand (top 4) and ranked in top 25 in ASEAN’s technological universities, which focuses on producing hands-on graduates meeting workforce demand in Bio-Circular-Green Economy (BCG Model). Also, ranked 13th in green university ranking.

RMUTT is a young public university, which was established in 2005 and located less than 50km from the central Bangkok. The university is surrounded by National Science Museum, Thailand Institute of Scientific and Technological Research, Thailand Institute of Nuclear Technology, Environmental Research and Training Center, National Institute of Metrology, Golden Jubilee National Geological Museum, Rama9 Reservoir, Pathumthani Rice Research Center, and Land Development Office. This fantastic location allows RMUTT to access top facilities and networks for students and researchers to conduct cooperative learning program, and industrial and community research.

RMUTT is a digital university and aiming to elevate further as innovative university. Currently, canteen, enrolment system, library, classroom, and other learning support are all modernized with digital system. Students’ satisfaction and success are RMUTT’s priority. Hence, one of the RMUTT’s aim is to provide best student’s life experience as well as academic programs on the vibrant campus with facilities and events such as broad range of social clubs, on-site concert, cinema, exhibition, recording studio, café, co-working space, student-centered library, and sport facilities such as tennis court, swimming pool, basketball court, football field, running track, indoor fitness, beach volleyball court, nearby golf courses. RMUTT is a fast growing university, which already achieved nationwide and world class awards such as World Championship in Microsoft Powerpoint, Gold medalist Male Relay Race in Southeast Asian Games (SEA Game), national teaching academy award, winner in national robot contest, and national muscle building champion.

RMUTT offered comprehensive programs for over 20,000 students to enrich Thai foundation community. There are 11 faculties and 1 college across two campuses, includes; Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Business Administration, Faculty of Science and Technology, Faculty of Mass Communication Technology, Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Faculty of Home Economics Technology, Faculty of Liberal Arts, Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts, Faculty of Architecture, Faculty of Nurse, Faculty of Technical Education, and Thai Traditional Medicine College.

RMUTT graduates are with 87.15% employment rate, which is the key measurement of students’ success. This is the results from investment in pedagogy training for all teachers in the university.
