MEDIU offers many programs in Masters and PhD degrees, in various majors and subjects.

In continuing the path of academic excellence in MEDIU, the Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia (MOHE) has approved a number of postgraduate academic programmes. In postgraduate programmes (B) and (C) the student should pass a number of subjects as a part of graduation requirements, in addition to the research project (if applicable) under the supervision of a specialized supervisor among the academic staff in the university and to prepare a project report to meet the graduation requirements. In postgraduate programme structure (A) the student should prepare a thesis under the supervision of academic staff to prepare the thesis as full graduation requirements in addition to what is required in registration and the successful pass of subjects required by specific faculties.

MEDIU has a total of 119 programs approved by Malaysia MOHE, 74 of programs are fully accredited by MQA (Malaysian Qualifications Agency)
