Usak University

Usak University is a well-known public university in Turkey, and it was established in 2006. The university located in Usak, which is in the west part of Turkey, and it has young and dynamic academic staff who are experts in their field. Usak University stands out amongst the higher education institutions of our country with its social, cultural and sports activities and its academic units, faculty, number of students, physical capacity and scientific research. Usak University has 12 faculties, three colleges, 11 vocational schools offering undergraduate education, three institutes providing postgraduate education and 27 research centres. The university buildings (except the Faculty of Dentistry) are located in Bir Eylul Campus, Usak, Turkey. The university has a student-centred teaching approach and quality management system that focuses on covering expectations of both students and academic/administrative staff. Also, it is an expert university in the sectors of leather, textile and ceramics since Usak University is amongst the first five universities that are accepted and funded by Regional Development Oriented Mission Differentiation and Expertise Program in Turkey. This program makes the university a highly prestigious institution in the country.
