DigiPen (Singapore) offered its first AnT Program in 2018, and all graduated trainees found full-time employment upon completion.
The AnT Program is a manpower development program supported by Workforce Singapore under their Professional Conversion Program (PCP) that aims to re-skill Singapore citizen or Singapore permanent resident professionals, managers, executives, and technicians (PMETs) for the ICT sector. Whether you’re looking to upgrade your skills or make a career switch, these programs will help you find your place in Singapore’s Smart Nation blueprint.
The AnT Program is uniquely crafted by DigiPen (Singapore) in consultation with various Partnering Companies. Trainees have the potential to be offered full-time employment with these Partnering Companies upon successful completion of the program.
DigiPen (Singapore) works closely with these companies to identify potential trainees for the program upfront. Each applicant will be evaluated based on their academic potential to pass the classroom training and their employability in the companies. During the application process, applicants will be able to choose and rank their desired companies to work for. Shortlisted applicants will then be invited to attend an on-site technical assessment and job interview at DigiPen (Singapore). Representatives from the Partnering Companies will conduct the interviews together with DigiPen (Singapore) to select their trainees.
Programs available:
- Attach-and-Train (AnT) Program For Cybersecurity Software Developer
- Attach-and-Train (AnT) Program For Embedded Software Developer
